By accessing or using Gas Station and More (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Property listings, including pricing, fuel volumes, financials, square footage, and photos, are supplied by sellers, brokers, and third parties. We make reasonable efforts to review submitted listings but do not independently verify every detail and do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence — including title review, environmental assessment, and financial verification — before relying on any listing information or entering into a transaction.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including scraping listing data at scale, submitting false or misleading listings or inquiries, attempting to circumvent security controls, or using the Platform to harass other users.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for any use that violates these terms or applicable law.

All Platform design, software, and original content are owned by Gas Station and More or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Listing content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the Platform for the purpose of marketing your property.

Gas Station and More is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of fuel and convenience real estate. We are not a party to any transaction between users and are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from a listing, an offer, or a completed sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may revise these terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
